About

Built by practitioners.

nuperX was founded by engineers and technology leaders who have built AI, cloud, IoT and data systems across enterprise and regulated environments. The experience spans hyperscale cloud platforms, global consulting, AI engineering and public-sector technology.

There is no handoff.

A large firm routes a problem through a chain of people, and each boundary loses part of it. The partner who heard the problem is not the architect, and the architect is not the team that writes the code. By the time it is built, the person who understood why it mattered has moved on.

A large firm
  1. Partner
  2. Strategy team
  3. Architect
  4. Offshore delivery
  5. Maintenance
nuperX
  1. Senior engineer
  2. Client
  3. Working system

The engineers a client meets are the engineers who build and support the system. That is the whole difference, and everything else about how the firm is run follows from protecting it.

Deliberately small

nuperX takes on a limited number of engagements at a time. Engagements are staffed by the people who do the work, which puts a hard ceiling on how much can run at once and is the reason the model holds.

Constraints first

Most of the work begins where constraints are real: data that cannot leave a region, systems that must stay available, and decisions that have to hold up to an audit. Those are inputs to a design rather than obstacles found halfway through one.

Where the strength is

Retrieval quality, access control, and how a system behaves when something fails, rather than model selection.

Willing to advise against

A discovery stage that ends in a recommendation not to proceed remains a good outcome, and a far cheaper one than establishing the same thing later.

Built for the stack you already have.

Models

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google
  • Open-weight models

Cloud

  • AWS
  • Azure

Data

  • Databricks
  • Snowflake

We choose the system around the problem rather than fitting the problem inside one vendor's model. Where inference runs is decided by residency, latency and cost, which eliminates most of the market before capability is discussed.

Bring us the problem.

Tell us the outcome you are trying to create, what you have already attempted, and where the constraints are.
