Information collected

This site carries no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. A visitor's theme preference is stored in their own browser and is never transmitted to nuperX.

Submitting the contact form sends nuperX the name, email address, company, and message entered. That is the only personal information this site collects.

How it is used

nuperX uses it to respond to the enquiry and, where it leads to work, to carry out that engagement. It is never sold, and it is not added to a mailing list.

Where it is processed

Enquiries arrive by email. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests on behalf of nuperX and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Retention

nuperX retains enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and deletes it on request.

Access and deletion

Requests to see, correct, or delete held personal information should be sent to privacy@nuperx.com.
